0.7.5c - Builders not converting to laborers

I have 3 builders, but not building tasks. These 3 builders used to convert back to laborers automatically, but now they do not.

I had this problem on a map I made on 0.7.5, when I made a new map on 0.7.5c it no longer happens. They went back to working correctly. I don’t know if that is a coincidence or not.

Edit: Nevermind. it was working early in the map, now it’s not.

This was on a 0.7.5c map.

Yeah, after I posted it’s no longer working. It did the first few months of a new map, but now it’s not.

This seems to be fixed in 0.7.5d.
