Just started a new village last night. At year 11 I got a notice I was lacking shoes and clothes (my village having upgraded to level 2 at some time before this point). Although I had shoes in stock, it was saying I lacked (something like) 20, but searching through my villagers I couldn’t find any significant number actually missing any shoes.
More problematic was the 124 clothes I was purportedly missing, even though there were just 88 villagers at the time, including babies…
I see this is still an issue in 0.8.3. I’ve started a new 0.8.3 village, and am being told I need over 400 clothes for a little over 120 villagers. Shoes and jackets also an issue, but the numbers aren’t as wild.
