If it helps pin it down, I saw it when I had the unit widgets on before turning down the ransom offer, when the raider health bars were still green. They went empty after I picked the “attack” option.
Ah, I had exact same scenario, I always have the unit widget on and they were green when the offer came in, then empty when pressing Attack.
