[0.9.7g] Can build Crypt on unbuilt Graveyard

I was planning to build 2 Crypt on top of 6x3 Graveyard and discovered this

I’m not sure this has to be a bug though. The crypt replaces 9 tiles in your graveyard. All dead in that space is moved into the crypt, so being able to place a crypt where a grave yard is at least zoned might be just enough to ensure you don’t accidentally place it where you didn’t mean to. It would be nice to be able to plop these down without building the graveyard or even zoning for one though so hopefully the devs will come to a decision one way or the other on how they intend this to behave. The description does say that they must be constructed on a graveyard, but that can easily be rewritten.
