[1.0.0.4] Tri-element Saboteur 2.0 - A (mostly) craftable build. 15sec madqueen etc

That’s possible, but a bad idea.

Warpfire deals Aether dmg. You don’t want both of your weapons dealing flat Aether or anything else but Fire damage, since this is the damage type you multiply the most.
On top of that, the RR procs of the same item don’t stack.
The only benefit would be the dmg conversion. But that is negligible, because you don’t deal enough cold damage to make this one benefit worth.

Hey nice build. Would you recommend this for hard core?

Totally new to this game, wanted to pick it up for a while and and I finally have!

For a build like this, how should I be spending my attribute points?

mostly in physique, you will need some points in spirit though for the daggers

That is to say : 5-6 points in spirit / rest in physique

Hmm someone have any idea why OP reccomend green pants? There is no better alternative? Some blue?

Some of the best gear in the game is specific MI (greens dropped from specific monsters) with specific affixes/ prefixes.

Given that there are rare prefixes, rare suffixes, AND the base item is rare on it’s own right, it is usually much harder to obtain a specific MI you want compared to a an epic or legendary (blues and purples)

Is that in this case? This pants are MI? I found them on some armory page and it was not mentioned that are MI.

Those are the Bysmiel-Sect Legguards MI.

Look here.

X-sect (bysmiel/ solael/ dreeg) drop from their respective guardian bosses in the hidden path quest line.

Don’t know if their minions or something else drops them as well

Beronath Reforged post patch is a very good alternative to Firestarter now.

Since the innate low OA of the build, 30% Crit dmg from the proc is quite good.

Too bad its 10% activation on kill, but considering most bosses spawn adds, its up most of the time.

Grimcalc links appear to be all busted now (e.g. 6 points in searing light, with no points in flashbang etc.). Guess patch adjustments killed old links?

Yep, seems like something messed it up.

Will post new ones tomorrow.

Uhh, just killed my first nemesis on elite (lvl 77 here, nemesis 75 RED) - Benn’Jhar, the Colossal. Was fu.king hard, he one hit me once and then I do a little kiting but I did it. I think this build is very good for trash and for bosses - its them or you - one vs one. Or you land with good crit and win battle in 4-6 secs. or they will down you.

Just recently came back to this build once 1.0.0.8 hit. Once you more or less get all the suggested gears (while leaning more onto being defensive, eg Mark of Divinity over Sigil of Chthon) I don’t find this build that squishy, while dishing out massive DPS.

I had my own variation though.

I put only 1 point into explosive strike. After all the items bonus I nearly maxed out FB and maxed out Searing Light. Also maxed out Shadow Dance. Threw in a few points into Agonizing Flame. Overall still have pretty high DPS while being quite durable, assuming you maintain FB, PB and keep proc-ing Solael’s Witchblade. Kilrian’s shattered soul and Prismatic Diamond also help a lot. I have never been one-shotted before after doing a few nemesis run on Ultimate.

You will need to kite around the big hitters at times when you are low on health. But I managed to more or less face tank Fabius and totally rape Moose.

Really interested in your updates here Jager. Great work. The sooner I see your skills/devotions update the better  Atm, StunJacks, Flashbang and Blastshield all look mixed up…unless you completely changed the build hehe.

Sorry, had some stuff to do yesterday and then felt too lazy.

More of a general newbie question, but how are stat points distributed? I’m saving all of mine right now, but it’s making leveling pretty tough. I get that you should dump everything into physique, but are there common cunning and spirit numbers I should shoot for?

Almost all into Physique, nothing into Cunning, and 5-10 into Spirit.

So you can put at least 5 into Spirit, then just start dumping everything into Physique, and save a few points after level 75-80 in case you’ll be wanting a few more in Spirit if your gear/devotions doesn’t provide you with enough to equip your stuff.

What abilities are tied to the devotions?

This info would make you more awesome than you already are :stuck_out_tongue:
