Flat damage will but burn damage i am not quite sure. Although having two of them will increase the chances of getting a crit burn from the proc

burn dots stack aswell from my own testing with a naked character.

Some stack and some dont, i runned fews test a while ago with dual twin rings, results are following:

• Band of the Eternal Haunt is unique source even the periodic damage dont stack.
• Entropic Coil burn dots can stack.
• Ring of the Black Matriarch is unique source, poison dots dont stack aswell.
• Glyph of Kelphat’Zoth proc buff can stack.

Basically seems everything with debuff resist involved are unique source, i guess it answer your question @KoalaeiO about Fang of Ch’thon.
