[1.0.2.1] Occ/Sham HC Flame Torrent Proc Vitality Build?

This is a theorycraft based on my newfound love of flame torrent on skeletons. I’d love input from folks with vitality caster experience!

Idea: Face tank with tons of life leech while stacking sigils of consumption for flame torrent spam and multiple other damage sources (bloody pox, storm totem, wendigo totem, devouring swarm) with the ability to kite if necessary.

Major highlights:

  1. Main Damage Sources: sigil of consumption with flame torrent, bloody pox, storm totem, wendigo totem, storm totem, devouring swarm

  2. Resist Debuffs: curse of frailty, devouring swarm, eldritch fire, will of ratosh, necrosis (- 105 vitality, -75 fire, - 41 chaos, -91 bleed, - 8 life leech)

  3. Life Leech/Sustain: sigil of consumption, wendigo totem, wendigo’s mark, devouring swarm, regen from blood of dreeg, on hit regen from giant’s blood

  4. Speed Debuffs: -86 movement, 25% slow

there was a build like that earlier, more or less the same but without bloody pox and some different devotions I think, it’s very tanky (i’ve got one at around lvl 80 or so) and works very well and is fun to play.

I use mostly the vitality devotions though which spawns sigils here and there when someone shoots or attacks me, and all the other kinds of damage. Even my curse does a few thousands of damage these days.
