Markovian cannot active off of Primal Strike, it’s a waste of 4 points.
Take points from Markovian, MogPact, Oak Skin and put them into Warcry instead.
With Elemental Storm you don’t really need Blackstar, the weapon damage part of Primal Strike is also too small for lifesteal to be effective.
Consider crafting some Ugdenbog leathers and replace the belt if you can. Using Sylvarria augments instead of Arcanum Dust gives 30% poison res and 6% OA with 100% crit bonus also means more DPS than the tiny 100% elemental damage.
