New patch gave PRM builds basically a whole new life. From the lower tier of mid builds into prime tier of top20 candidates. Golden era of PRM builds is upon us.
This spec is glorious in every way. I have tried to keep green items as easy as possible (you can use different affixes but you need to achieve similiar amount of hp, so stuff like impervious of … will work too because you will have opportunity to use 4% hp armor augments.
For a long time it looked like all of your enemies had giant’s blood flowing through their veins. You flaunt your magic wand, cast some colourful spell and nothing happened. Basically, just for the flashing effects. Now, you can actually kill something with PRM, that’s an welcoming change. It might be tad too strong, but whatever.

Easy to level since you got more base damage, projectile got buffed a few month ago so actually hitting enemies ain’t to bad and this combine into close to no energy issues (for those of us who has spend our entire energy pool trying to hit that single zombie at lvl 2, drink potion then waste the refilled energy pool hitting more empty space).
HC Solo selffound run, normal smooth sailing → Ultimate at lvl 52 and still solid sailing without any scary moments. Actually a skill I can say I’ve leveled with from 1-100 without random twitchchat going up in flames (YOU DO NOT LEVEL WITH PANETTI). Those words have been uttered quite a few … thousand times.
MI’s - yes those MI’s. Droprate got buffed so I guess I’m happy … I think.
Now it’s waiting time for FoA and cold raven Panetti.
