Though I am surprise that your build looks a lot like mine, even the devo.

Try reign of ice and fire for more sustain.

Hey i literally had no idea about yours xD i guess it was a thought to thought.

Edit. Spanks can confirm. He helped me with the devo setup and initially suggested 2x lights oath
