how do u get 2 order affinity for Ulkama?
Devotions can self sustain! Grab another devotion that 2 give order, complete Ulcama, then spec out of the other one.
What’s hybrid about this guy? I don’t get it 
Maybe the OP means melee/ranged hybrid.
It was melee/caster hybrid but well, now it’s actually almost melee (though BH is still a cast). 
build updated for 1.1.9.0.
though the damage is far better, the survivability is super-tricky as I got random one-shots and kills while recording crucible and SR runs.
you need to be a pretty good pilot to handle it properly but some deaths can still occure, I dunno why.
otherwise, it’s nice and quite strong reaper now.

I think shouldn’t be any major change to this build but will be great to update it to 1.1.9.8
there are no major updates for this build indeed (it got only a bit of damage and some hp) but I can definitely post the vids from 1.1.9.8 PT as an update in the OP.

build updated for 1.1.9.8. added new GT link and new Crucible and Ravager vids, everything else stays pretty much the same.
