Dual-wielding Cadence variant

This one is more glass-cannon than the others.
Rather than Blade Arc, it uses Cadence and attacks that trigger when you use Cadence (Markovian’s Advantage, Zolhan’s technique, called weapon pool skills (WPS)).

This deals way more damage, but it comes at some cost.

The build can no longer use Menhir’s Bulwark, Menhir’s Will and so Gollus Rings lose a lot of value. That means, HP regen is only very basic and we lose ~20% damage absorption.
Instead the build relies more on life leech and dodging dangerous attacks.

On the bright side, Oleron’s Rage provides a boat-load of offensive ability, so you can easily reach 3,5k or even close to 4k OA.

Equipment changes:

  • Weapon: Aetherwarped Cleaver from Jarren.
    • If you want to level with the dual-wield version, I recommend you go in there after you get your Aether resistance in order at Homestead, and you probably also want a good amount of HP regen.
  • Corruptian in the other hand after level 90. It is a crafted weapon, the blueprint can be bought from the Cult of Dreeg
  • Bladedancer Talisman enables dual-wielding. It is sold by the Steelcap District vendor or Vinelton.
    • for leveling, you can start dual-wielding with the lower level Bladesworn Talisman, sold by Devil’s Crossing.
  • The Magelord Set provides useful stats and skill bonuses for this skill-hungry build. Transmute those from any high level blue set items. (See: “Transmutation” in the post above)
  • Shoulders should be Fleshwarped Pauldrons, you can farm them at the same places as the helm: Around Homestead or Fort Ikon, or buy them from the vendor at Port Valbury, when you farm your axes

This build NEEDS a ton of reflect resistance, or you character will sudoku on the first reflect monster you attack. Minimum is one Titan Plating on top of the reflect resistance from the devotion map.
