you can try leaving storm box and military conditioning (just some hp boost) with just one point and try maxing out deadly aim (Dmg, crit dmg, OA) and fighting spirit (DMG, OA)
another thing is trying the deathstalker relic for more Phys RR

Great! Just look for +casting speed affixes on your weapon for dmg improve

Thank you. I use mythical stonefist rebuke for bosses so I think the casting speed is already there?

yes! This weapon loses only for some very special double rare affixes obsidian war cleavers

And i have a spec of this build to farm superbosses too, but it uses CD forcewave

So this build you sent doesnāt farm superbosses? Or have you never tested it?

I donāt think it can farm celestials bcs you need to stand your ground dealing damage and they will certainly obliterate you 
But this spec can farm them:
Just debuff them with CoF, use your FW and let your internal trauma damage destroy their health, then run around kiting them while FW is on CD.
Repeat this and take care dodging their sunder debuffs and you can beat them all.
