As the resident GD Dual Damage Dealer, it’s always great to see other players attempt to play GD this way! Congrats on your attempt and thank you for posting to the forums.

Unfortunately, it seems that your ultimate experiment was to see if you could get the damage of RoS to a 1:1 split and that won’t happen in this case. You can attempt to get the character’s overall damage breakdown to a 1:1 split (or pretty close!), however, you cannot using a Witch Hunter. The Physical/Bleeding -RR% on Curse of Frailty is a tad misleading since there are no sources of Physical or Bleeding Damage that you could be using from the Occultist mastery itself. So, no flat Damage + -RR% = no Damage…
Not so! Here is my Blademaster that manages to do pretty good damage (averaging 2.5-3mil DPS in Campaign) while almost getting to the 1:1 split (it’s about a 4:5 ratio):
As you may notice, it’s using the -35% Armor from Maul with the heavy flat Physical from Ulzaad’s Decree. This is in addition to having about 2500% Physical Damage before Cunning bonus making for more than double the flat Physical Weapon Damage your WH has. Through the use of Cadence, CD-based Blade Arc and 100% WPS the damage evens out a bit through pushing more Physical Damage at the monsters despite the Blademaster being a 0 -RR% class combo.
