Rely on bonking things for sustain, thus subject to melee hate (fumble, slow, stun, freeze)
Benchmarks:
SR: 30/31 no deaths, facetanks Iron Maiden and Fabius.

Ravager of Souls -
Callagrada - Not tested

Mogdrogen - (just picked the highest elemental resistance belt I could find and were careful enough to not eat his sunder attacks and used relevant pharma just to be sure )
While the the performance is acceptable, I think there’s still room for improvements. Maybe tweaking Devotions? I don’t know… just tell me what you guys think.
Edit 1:
Made a full revamp on devotions. Dumped Abomination and Wendigo for Obelisk and Solemn Watcher. Scarab came as a bonus.
Some components and augments had to change to keep the overcap.
Pros and cons updated, will try to face Mog next and post the results.
Survivality skyrocketed compared to the previous version.
Grimtools link is updated.
Edit 2:
Followed the tip from /u/Smitherson for a bit more DPS
Would definitely drop Wendigo Totem’s base skill to 1pt and dump those points into Brute Force instead. You’re already getting over 60% ADCTH on spammed primal strike, any healing from the totem is peanuts compared to free flat damage and 3k more HP. Same probably goes for Wind Devil, which gets some damage from skill mods but not that much.
Outside of that, more attack speed is survivability for this build, since you heal back so much on hit. Gaps between swings are real killers.
I really wanted to make spam PS work, so I tweaked the build a bit by swapping Nightbringer for the Wildblood Crusher (which has higher weapon damage and huge attack speed). Dropped Wind Devils since I don’t get any bonuses anymore and changed to Grasping Vines. Ended up with this: Archon, Level 100 (GD 1.2.1.6) - Grim Dawn Build Calculator
The spam version with the Wildblood Crusher was definitely smoother to play, but the cooldown version actually seems far tankier and more reliable, so I swapped back to the Nightbringer variant.
I’m conducting some experiments. Found a Vitality Korvan Reaper with great attack speed. DPS is almost the same, on paper, but at a higher attack speed, life leech (sustain) is more stable, but I lose the procs from Nightbringer. So I’m undediced.
I’m also messing with different pants ( I found a Solael’s with +%armor, etc…).
