The playtest will go for several weeks, so none of those changes are really final yet. Things will likely change so we don’t know for sure until the patch goes live after playtest. Right now the devs are considering a global nerf to all wps builds by lowering/removing increased activation chances, so you can’t reach 100% for one wps in so many builds (like storm spread in this one). Considering how insanely strong it was before, even after a heavy nerf this build will likely still be very good.
