Hi there!
I was browsing gracefuldusk and found that using the Aetherstorm set and two Temporal Tempest daggers you could get a nice 100% aether damage converted to lightning, +7 to Devastation, +10 to Wind Devil and a spammable chain lightning.
Does anybody have a build around these items?
I do. The setup is pretty straightforward, i didn’t post it despite finishing it way before x-mas

Well you wouldn’t be able to use devastation if you dualwield the daggers.
Was plying around with these items a bit, with sorcerer tho, not druid.
Conversion is ok even if you use just one TT dagger (achieved ~65%), but found that spamable skill is a bit underdeveloped. Got better results using CT with that setup. Good thing was that you can use mines for rr since wast majority of your dmg is lightning/fire, downside is that you are stretched with skill points, or if you chose spamable skill you are depending to much on devastation.
Probably with druid it would be better paper dmg vise, but hated the idea of losing so much rr from mines.

I had the exact same idea, faced similar problems. The skill is underwhelming and with good reason, it’s granted by an epic set. So i’m fine, i like it for the visual effects. But if anyone wants powerful chain lightning then use DW-Stormhearts (or maybe good rolled daggers)
I imagine someone will make AAR build on Lightnings and Fire
