100% drops rate items list

There appear to be some items which have a 100% drop rate and appear in the same location.

For example:-


Is there a list of any other items like this?

Francis’ Gun
Olman’s Axe
Hevill’s Greatsword
Slithtongue
Bernard’s Slightly-Chewed Buckler
Karvor’s Conjuring Bone

These all seem to be starter Monster Frequents. :stuck_out_tongue:

1500 hours played and I don’t think I ever heard found Karvor’s Conjuring Bone lul.

Wightmire. If you only play maxed toons then it’s conceivable you may not come across it. Tho it is kinda newish. This year release type newish.

It’s actually a pretty damned decent item for starting too.

I recently found it. It’s looted from a corpse there somewhere near one of the three heroes we’re supposed to kill as a part of that of that lonely guy’s quest
