Whit recent changes to magic affixes he seem to spawn with a lot of fearsome weapons.
He already did that in previous versions. Wait for him to spawn with a weapon with Plaguebearer affix or the infamous Notched Bone. It’s always a fun time when he spawns with those weapons.
Oh god Notched Bone would be so awful. I feel for anyone that that happened to.

In curent patch he seem to spam with grave toys almost all the time 0_o.
His weapons definately are better now, which is great imo. 
Also, just yesterday, his chest dropped two legendarys at once for me. That didn’t happen since… well, a long time ago.
My second Fabius run ever, he spawned with Notched Bone and a +AS weapon. I think I died like 10+ times before I finally managed to kill him.
He also used to spawn with Energy Burn weapons. I usually started a new game session when that happened.
