2 Steam Accounts/Copies of Game

I am wondering if someone who has done this, can help me

I would like to transfer Items, Iron Bits, Scrap, etc to a new toon

I realize my options are find a friend who can help me swap or just buy a second copy of the game (I love this game and have no issues buying a second copy). As I have no IRL friends who are playing Grim Dawn, I figure the easiest option is to buy a second copy of the game.

My Questions are:

  1. Do I need to create 2 Steam Accounts? (I assume I do)
  2. Do I have to use 2 different computers or can I run Steam and both copies of the game from the same computer?
  3. If I can do it all from the same computer, can someone give me the steps I would follow?
  4. Can I actually swap Iron Bits, Dynamite, Scrap to a second toon if I do the above?

So you want to buy another GD copy just to transfer untradeable items like hearts, dynamite ? Why dont look for a mod ?

Grim QOL does that alongside other handy thing. Easy to install Easy to remove, no impact on any actual save.

I installed the Mod and it is working great.

Can someone tell me is it possible to transfer iron bits?

I haven’t played in a while now but I think an easy enough work around for moving iron is to just create new iron on the character you want it on and delete the same amount from the old character. Basically use a trainer or some other tool to give the new character the amount you want to move and remove the same from the old one.
