I noticed my dirt roads weren’t getting built, so i tried to increase builders. Then when I went back to the menu to see if I had more builders yet, then I had 0 builders! I tried to increase my laborers by taking workers out of producing goods, and my builders still were at 0.
Same here. Got 0 Builders and 31 laborers!
