Hello, in version V1.0.2 there is an issue with the specification. A herd of deer spawned out of thin air inside land enclosed by a wooden fence.(Oh deer)
This area is being used as pasture for a future land-clearing site, so having deer there is a problem; however, even if hunters wipe out the herd, 2–4 deer immediately spawn as a new herd inside the fence.
Could you make it possible to apply “clear Resource” to deer herds as well?
Also, the bug report guidelines say that save files are stored in “My Documents,” but in my environment they were saved under C:\Users<User>\Saved Games
I wasted a bit of time looking for them, so it might be helpful to add this case to the guidelines as well.
I mistakenly provided the wrong link to the save file.
Also, regarding the save file directory, I noticed that C:\Users\Saved Games was already mentioned in the bug report guidelines.
My apologies for the oversight.
I understand that deer herds are designed to move.
However, in this case, I was using the herd on the right side as a hunting ground, and I had not built any structures there. There were no deer inside the fenced area in the middle. Since deer were attracted to crops in my previous settlement, I fenced the empty land in advance.
I understand that evil deer ruining my future farmland might be unavoidable, but I would appreciate it if there were an update that allows us to eliminate such a herd completely.
Or does this mean that building farmland or some kind of structure will drive these evil deer away to another area?
However, if possible, I would prefer pasture to remain pasture, without having to develop or build on it. I understand this is more of a “game feeling” request and probably not a high priority, but it would be nice if there were a way to drive the deer away without having to develop the land.
Thank you again for handling this issue.
I will delete the save data.
