What title are you referring to? The forum title? That is determined by post count.

You can just write it in your Signature, that you are a Loyalist
I believe that’s a common practice (can’t really tell since I’ve turned of signatures)
Yeah, a special forum title would have been a nice addition to the pre-order package.
