AAR and Pulsing Shard

I have played almost all combinations of AAR builds and I have noticed that without ADCtH it is not good. And that limits builds to using Pulsing Shard (or the amulet with ADCtH) thus lack of diversity. If AAR had 4 % ADCtH to begin with and the rest on Pulsing Shard there would be more useful offhands immediately…

It would only affect chaos AAR and it could have the ADCTH on amulet lower as well then…

Also the weapon damage conduit is useless and should be changed to something else.
