Would be nice if instead homes becoming abandoned they got downgraded to its previous tier. Or that the abandoned homes could be occupied again once the requirements were fullfilled.
Abandoned homes will be repopulated once they’re no long abandoned.
You mean when desirability is back to where it was?
I’ve tried this but no one seems to move back in. Does it take a long time?
Yes, once you have the desirability back up the houses can then be occupied again. Never taken long when I’ve had houses abandoned.
