No. The only way to do it is make a different choice on another difficulty.
They NEED to make the option to abandon quests. It shouldn’t be a linear and mandatory thing that you HAVE to do at a given moment in time when you accept said quest. Such a dumb mechanic.

You don’t. You can do side quests at any time. Just because they’re in your quest log doesn’t mean they have to be done. And you can always untick the individual quest in the Active Log to hide it.

Yeah i wanted to do it to restart a quest for a different choice. That one quest where you have to find the town of Baroholm i think its called. I sided with them to do their quest but they really bad people ( no spoiler)
Yes, it’s too bad choices are final for barrowholm, kymon/vigil and the cults in FG.
Well, you can always choose differently on another difficulty.
The game is pretty blatant about letting you know if you talk to some NPC’s and run around town before deciding.
But look on the bright side, now you’ve unlocked a new boss to fight.
