Would be great if you could grow Herbs and Willow?
Always run out of these, especially late in the game.

Don’t know about Willow, but Herb Gardens were grown in towns and, especially, in convents or monasteries. Maybe a High Tier Medium Garden that provides Herbs and a small amount of Decoration.

I agree. How about at tier 3 the forager also has an upgrade to a garden for one of the three - willow, herb, medical root?

Either farmed, or transplanted like Blueberries.
Being able to furnish needed goods for large populations eventually restricts Foragers to specialization of Willow, or Herb & Root only from far-flung locations across dangerous routes.

If you get 10 blue berry bushes, they should be able to spread if cared for.
