About multiple beam ray builds

I still can’t get my head around the fact that multiple beams are visible but only one is doing damage. Surely the others should be hidden. Of course, that would make it look as though the single beam were flickering around outside the player’s control - but then that’s what’s really happening, isn’t it?

Edit: this is not, in fact, how it works.

The other beams are dealing exactly the same damage as the middle one (in case of 3 beams), just not on the same target. Only one beam can deal damage to any given target at a time, while the other beams are doing the same to other targets. It’s extra AoE, not extra damage.

Exactly as Volek said and targets can only take damage from one beam at a time.

OK. I misunderstood. I will edit my comment.

I strongly agree with this request!

Vitality AAR Spellbinder already has 3 beams without breaking the set, so please grant this to AAR Clairvoyant as well!

IT looks like it’s already “destroyed”.

The other alternative is to add +1 beam to Fleshwarped Tome: it is only used by aether AAR in any case.

No, it is not. Few items have it so far. And it is mostly optional. With the exception of vitality which I do not like.

If it’s not ask too much, can you post a GT link for that 5 beams build ?

sure, here you go Warlock, Level 100 (GD 1.3.0.8) - Grim Dawn Build Calculator

Nice, thank you very much my good sir, cheers.
