Let’s say I’m using Cadence, which has, on lvl 1, 130% Weapon Damage and n flat physical. Let’s also say my weapon has 30% piercing. If my weapon’s damage is 100-130, this means that 30% of this damage will be dealt as pierce damage, right? When using cadence, the damage will be 130% of my weapon damage (70% of it as physical and 30% as piercing) + the flat physical damage included in the skill itself? Or does it work in some other way?
I believe it means 30% of the main hand damage will be piercing, and the bonus physical damage will not be converted. Unless you have other phys to pierce conversions elsewhere
