This item supports Eye of Reckoning skill which affected by attack speed, so I think a nice attack speed buff will suit it.

I think it needs phys to vit conversion mostly. I mean. What the heck. Iām never going to use M. DR for EoR because half the flat damage on the skill-line will never be converted.
