So, Aetherials are basically angels, right? Fallen ones, true, but still: They are former servants of the gods who decide to take revenge upon the human world and conquer it to gain physical bodies, something generall denied to beings of spirit.
No wonder they are such bitter enemies with the Chthonians, who are basically demons, no?
Don’t get me wrong: I love that Grim Dawn has its own pantheon, but I can’t help but draw some parallels, especially since the Aetherials are clearly beings of light, while the Chtonians are creatures of darkness.
And humanity is stuck in the middle. :mad:
