Affix and MI question

Trying a image upload for the first time.

I was just curious and searching Blindside and saw the MI with +3 and the Affix with +3. Can that appear on the MI for a total of +6? A Warrior’s Wendigo Glare?

I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen anything like that while playing thus far, so I’m assuming not, but not sure.
