They really went overboard with the number of spawn locations. It reminds me of the vanilla nemesis spawns in early access before Crate toned them down.
Hi,
I wonder how to kill Kubacabra. He spawns 2 adds (or he multiplies) and all put these red puddles on the ground. Can’t stay in those, so it’s hit and run but it seems they heal a lot.
Any ideas are welcome.

On another note, accidentally ran into Alexander today in Infestation. Got lucky. Now the only Nemesis I cannot kill on Ultimate is Kuba…
Yeah, 41 (i hope i counted right) spawn points is way too much for one Nemesis. You literally have to comb the entirety of Malmouth to find him.
Huh, so many places for the Aetherial Vanguard nemesis. In comparison, Moosilauke is easy to find, even if you are NOT looking for him.

It is 40, but still too many. Must have been a pain in the ass to document every spawn point, mainly because Alex has too many.
I dont think many class can kill Kuba either.
He is close to Ravager level as a boss, at least Ravager dont heal. :rolleyes:
Yeah. I’ll rush through Elite just to find and try to kill him. Been doing everything on Ultimate and Kuba is just…too OP. Have not tried the Ravager yet though. Compared to Mog, is he more difficult?
Mog can easily be dealt with by having overcapped lightning resist and just staying outside of his elemental storm (debuffs the hell out of you). Other than that, he just has a large HP pool and takes a while to whittle his life down.
Ravager, on the other hand, hits like a train and has a larger HP pool. I haven’t managed to kill Ravager yet, but I’ve knocked a decent portion of his health down before he finally killed me.
Kuba took me by surprise because I didn’t know what he looked like and I couldn’t understand why a normal yeti was wrecking me. I ended up restarting the session because I encountered him in a very tight space and I couldn’t make it passed him. Every damn time I put a dent in him, he healed back to full and killed me. Easily the worst enemy in the game.

Did they add more Grava’Thul spawn points to the latest patch? I just literally combed through every one of those spots and he isn’t anywhere.

I managed to kill Aleksander before the patch with a lot of kiting , since the patch I just can’t touch him .
I have 16k life / max resists / just over 2k armour /2.3k DA . Warborn Commando
After patch run at him one shot meteor kill , go back pick up grave one shot meteor kill , tried even cheesing it in a doorway and when I gave up he was at full life .
I know you can somehow get out of his meteor but I’ve never been fast enough .
RNG has not been kind so I’m not far off using the same gear I had at 85 as I am at 100 .
Any help would be great , although I know the answer will be get out of his meteors , not fast enough I’m afraid …
Before casting his meteor he does an arm gesture. Keep an eye on him and you’ll hae plenty of time to run out of the spot
Thanks , met him twice on Elite today and I figured it out , lol , so much easier when you know .
I’m never quick enough with the arm gesture , the thing for me is , he sucks in Aether from all around , when he does this run , he then drops the aether bomb , rinse and repeat , way easier figuring that out
