Amplicorum & TDM potions should have never seen the light of day

If everyone is taking Amplicorum and getting away with it, the Damage Taken debuff can be boosted.

Sanginis already imposes a tremendous health drain penalty that, if boosted with potion modifier potency, becomes all but unsustainable even with decent lifesteal.

Every build I’ve made and played with can take amplicorum. Very few can survive with Sanginis as well. Sanginis feels a lot harder to build around than amp, idk how the actual math works out but I “feel” Sanginis a lot harder.

Looks like Softcore food. Definitely not equipping that in HC any time soon.
