Any lightning build with one hand and shield?

Interesting in building a one handed lightning character, ranged or melee.
All seem to be two hand.
Looking forward to seeing some good suggestions.

Thanks will give it try. It a brand new character on a brand new computer. Nothing saved from old so all from scratch.
Slow as I play, I’ll be 90.

Has Druid Trozan’s as well, which are Lighting + Cold.

Will decide soon. Both look like good choices, will decide based on my play style.
