Anyone do any routine cooking/baking? Like as a hobbie or professionally?
I am interested in trading recipes, rare ones that usually only ethnic or old European families possess and make routinely (like a family stuffed cabbage roll recipe or a family’s jerk chicken seasoning recipe).
I come from Irish and southern American background and do lots of cooking/baking with family recipes passed down for generations. Looking especially for spicy food recipes like Cajun, Caribbean, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese foods. (I have French and Italian basically mastered, can make most dishes from scratch).
