In a bad manner imo. I’m currently in candle district, NORMAL, with full blue purple/blue gear (cheated). Dying too fast, it’s not funny.

If you’re cheating, why not go the whole way and give yourself 500000000 HP? Did you remember to allocate your stat and skill pointz?
Yeah, if you’re failing in cheated gear in normal the game is not the problem, your skill level is.
It’s not elite nor ultimate/veteran. I play for the story not kiting, microing and stuff. Normal should be for casuals if you want keep sales high.
Love this game/Crate, but this isn’t allright imo.

Yeah, AoM is probably on the overtuned side. But, “This is game is too hard,” and, “I cheated,” are two phrases that should never go together.
Have you pumped your mastery bars high enough as these are your only real +health/energy.
Also as Crate have said a few times in the past, if you’re stating content is too hard, please post your build/skills/devotions etc as otherwise the feedback is no use, due to not knowing what your char is.

So you just keep hitting things and never move even if you are about to die? Can’t exactly blame the game in that case. I would look at my build&devotions, which probably are a mess if you are having difficulties with cheats.
So you cheat, you don’t actually find gear you create the best in slot to wear seemingly have endless stats and skills, and yet you still fail and want them to nerf it. If you can’t complete the game on normal cheating to have the best in slot gear, the problem is 100% you and lack of any type of skill not the game’s problem. You’re also going to find most likely ZERO sympathy or help on these forums for your plight. Sales are not ever going to be hurt by unskilled cheaters because the game isn’t easy enough. Either get better or move on. They would lose far more players and sales if they made the game faceroll easy than catered to players like you. I wonder why someone like you even bothers to “play” the game, and I use play as loosely as possible. Sounds like you’d be happier just watching youtube videos of the story since you have no desire to actually play the game using the mchanics in play (like moving out of the way).
Precisely this. “Cheated blues/purples” is vague at best, hell blues/purples don’t even make a build if they have nothing to do with whatever skills or damage you’re primarily dealing.
I can only hope he picked items that at least looked cool so he’s dying in style. Silver lining I know, but maybe he has a sense of fashion since he’s clearly lacking any common sense.

Aside from cheating, I agree with him. The difficulty of the expansion is way overtuned, especially at early difficulties.

when in doubt, resists > armor/health > damage
on my most recent char, i actually skipped a5 elite as A1 ultimate is easier (by a lot) xD

I just started playing three days ago on veteran At level 40 and face rolled everything with my own build. you just have no skill plus who would play a game like this and cheat? that makes 0 sense 100% not logical.
You cheat in shooters or mindless games. there would be 0 enjoyment from cheating in a game like this. I mean if my life was that bad id just end it imo or see a therapist. Cheaters in shooters are bad enough lol
Plus go play Diablo 3 if you want a pussy game for no skillers

Exactly. I don’t want to knock difficulty to the ground I just want it to tune it down a little. There is no linear progression, you enter Malmouth and mobs kick your ass a bit too hard. I say frustratingly hard, because of peak in difficulty. Expansion on Normal is more tough than Elite first act. In my opinion this isn’t right. Just that.

This is single player and I play this game the way I want 
Please let me decide what is fun and what is not. I have just items library and I like to use it, in contrary I don’t like farming items, don’t have time and I don’t think it’s a core feature of this game. That is my opinion.
I’d love to have closed servers and truly competitive play, but that’s not the case, hopefully GD2 will deliver.
So meanwhile I cheat. A little :rolleyes: And guess what? I enjoy that kind of gameplay. It’s not all about items, I like immersion, slashing, fancy builds and stuff.
My build was pure Demo with Fire Strike and Canister Bomb.
Maybe if you spent some time learning how to play instead of cheating you’d get more sympathy. In fact instead of knee jerk pathetic reactions of “NERF! ITS TOO HARD”, maybe if you spent the time actually farming and gasp playing the game legit instead of cheating, you’d gain the skills and knowledge of your character to get through what you consider hard. Is AOM more challenging than vanilla content, yes absolutely. And guess what, it should be. And here’s to hoping they don’t nerf this game because cheaters can’t faceroll it fast enough for their tastes.
