Asset Manager run error with AoM

So I updated my Asset Manager like Rhis said to do on his post with the update…

[Mod Tools]
Asset Manager will now add additional build and source directories to Import Record, allowing modders to import expansion files. If using default paths, Additional Source Directories should be set to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grim Dawn\mods\gdx1\ and Additional Browse Directories to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grim Dawn\gdx1\

And now I can see all the added .dbr files for playerclass07&08, but when I go to import ANY record including pre-AoM records I get the error “Error importing database record.” I searched the forum but did not find anything useful. My working, build and tools directories have not changed, only the additional directories as Rhis said to update. Let me know what you guys think is going on. THX!

UPDATE: Re-extracted game files, went to check database importing and was able to import pre-AoM files. Then when I attempted to load AoM files it gave error on those files. For a while it continued to allow me import pre-AoM files but after 4-5 failed AoM files pre-AoM files started giving the error as well. However, if I exit Asset Manager and reload it, it allows me to import records from pre-AoM again, but errors on AoM files and eventually the cycle repeats.
