I have this elemental Cadence Battlemage [1.2.1.2] 2H melee Elemental Cadence Battlemage, SR 90+ and the two devos are costly in requirements and I don’t see the procs doing much… And it is hard to proc one of the two.
Giving one of them like 25 % damage reduction would be another good option. It would free up points from War Cry.
One could get % DR and the other % RR and make them proc better for melee builds like this.
