Trying to understand the -30% elemental reduction and how it interacts with targets. Namely, if a target is burning from the aura, but you move out of the target’s radius, does the elemental reduction still apply or does it only apply to targets directly within the radius of the aura and as soon as they move out, regardless of lingering burning, it disappears.

The reduction is not tied to the burn, but it does linger for about a second.

Debating whether AoCensure is better than AoConviction. The added elemental reduction makes me slice through mobs like butter, but the physical resistance on Conviction is so strong against the new behemoths/collosals. Probably go censure just because glass cannon is amusing.
Aura of Censure is usually far more powerful offensively on the properly made build that deals fire, cold or lightning damage and often hits close targets. Better use Aura of Censure, and take more defensive devotions/items.
