I seems to be able to tank most of his skills, then suddenly i got 1 hit. What is that ?

His lightning nova has a resistance reduction debuff.

Any Idea how much ?

IIRC it’s lesser than Uber Mephisto’s (Pandemonium), so has to be around 80% or so
