A very big mistake here ! This is a RANGED build and the granted skill for full set is for a melee char.

Totally USELESS - i am shooting at a distance always, how is damage around me gonna help me ? Should i stop shooting and run so they chase me and get dmg from my steps ? OH wait ! I HAVE TO ATTACK SO IT CAN TRIGGER !

This skill has to be changed ASAP !

Some pics are gone cause of img safe but you get the “picture”. Video is still there too. It’s designed to be a mid range set and works really well if done right

I also use the elemental rings, but those have 10 times more radius than the avatar of ulzuin - so what should i do - wait for monsters untill they get close enough to get dmg by avatar of ulzuin - sometimes they die until they get there - so again - useless - not used.

As a purifier - u will never stay close to a boss in a fight, u run away ofc…so again…useless…

RANGED builds should have RANGED granted skills from their best sets…or at least USEABLE !

Actually staying close and shotguuning them in the face is the fastest most efficient way. Running away too much is massive dps loss

Staying close to a BOSS enemy on ultimate kills you - PERIOD ! Everything in the build showed in this thread earlier…HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GRANTED SKILL of ULZUIN - they either dont get close enough for it to dmg enemies if u stand still, or if u run from them, the same thing - so again…this is a melee skill - not a range skill - on an end game set with a 2h RANGED GUN !

But…but ranged characters aren’t meant to facetank!! :rolleyes::rolleyes:

On a serious note, the set’s proc is more than fine. Whether one likes it or not boss fights are less about hit and run with ranged and more about standing your ground and attacking. Whether you do it when BS is active or can actually tank the entire fight is a different matter all together

I didnt say the dmg is not fine - i said it’s unusable ! The dmg will never affect the monsters…wil never get to touch them, and if i click and move 1 meter, the effect stops…so u have to stand still…

Standing still on a boss fight on ulti with a range char ? Except the time u are using and aetheral cluster, how many seconds do u survive if u STAND STILL in an ulti FIGHT. ANY - not just specific bosses that u have the necessary defense for it…

2h rifle is like any other 2h build. You can kill mobs at a distance but eventually you WILL have to stand your ground vs Bosses to effectively kill them with all your debuffs and procs in place. I have more than just that video.

I will post a purifier build soon enough, 2h ranged, and i’ll show you that purifiers don’t kite/run, stuff runs from them:)
