Avenger's Crusher changes didn't make it in

Avenger’s Crusher: increased % Weapon damage modifiers for Upheaval and Smite to 80%. Added 15% Activation Chance modifier for Upheaval.

Still has 60% WD to Upheaval with 15% activation chance, Feral Hunger activation chance also not in.
