Bargoll’s spawn location isn’t fixed it seems, I rarely see him spawn on Kuba/Bloom/Ring runs.
The MI hasn’t dropped for me, at least not to my knowledge. I wanted to ask if this item drops at all and if it does then I wish to know Bargoll’s spawn points
I can almost always run into him in the hidden area (not on the map) that is just before the last bridge before you arrive to the second riftgate. He is always burrowed underground though, so you need to run around to trigger him. Sometimes he is not in the hidden area but right before the bridge, even.

I’ve got 4+ floating around in various build’s stashes. So he does drop them.
Unfortunately no-one’s mapped out the various spot’s he can spawn at so you have to run all of the Ugdenbog zone to find him, but everytime I’ve done that, I’ve found him.
I found him here during the last Ugdenbog run, but previously he’d be near Nane’s Stash or elsewhere in that area, on the main map.
He’s only dropped a couple of those Hearts over the 1-2 dozen times I’ve killed him but they do drop, yes.

There might be a spawn missing, but you will usually find him near one of those places.
Edit: I think I found the last location. It was in the hidden location by Ugdenbog portal.

New update just made it much easier to get this MI, not gonna say more.

I got two bargolls hearts. I only did the dungon 3 times so far.
Chthon, with latest patch released you have now one more option. Check new trader in Ancient Grove.
