Forcewave builds want cast speed, right? The bloodsworn signets have 8%. With celerity it’s about 15%. And then you can get a green prefix.
You might want some reflect protection, this build is quite RIPy because of that
I’m curious what this build is actually aiming to do. The DA seems excessive and some questionable choices are seen in gear and devos.
Generally if you can fit open/closed in a build when there aren’t other legendary rings to shoot for they’re the ideal option for what they give.
