I’ve been running from Barrowholme WP up to the left along that path to the gate for the chaos dungeon- there’s a few decent wraith spawns. But holy smokes they have a very low drop rate.
Anyone else have a better place for farming wraith drops?
Ugdall in that side dungeon in the swamp (if you killed him for the quest at least). Only static wraith boss I think.
