For targeted speed farm - Barrog in Lower Crossing (at the tree of the hanged), plus both heroes in the Moldering Fields (a part of something for nothing quest).

But if you need highest ilvl and top rolls, probably Port Valbury is truly the best option. There’s also good creep density.

Warden’s lab easily , before the last portal and near the aether crystals plenty of them.

Actually, the two mutant heroes, Balros the Malformed and Hagra the Tormented from Harmond’s quest “Flesh and Iron” in the Moldering fields halfway between the Burrwitch Outskirts and the Burrwitch Village riftgates are the best source of Mutant Bludgeons. They drop them quite frequently and you can easily complete a run in under 2 minutes (including exit to main menu and starting the game again). Every farmer’s dream.
