Is the quickest way bounties and killing mobs?

Only way to speed up to Nemesis is using XXXfaction’s Warrant. (+100% reputation gain or it means x2)
Warrant can only drop from Nemesis. Tradeable.
Kill their boss and star monsters will give you more bad reputation.
First of, if it’s not your first character, try getting Warrants for him/her from get-go.
Second of all, try to be smart about your questing and take bounties that coincide with your quests or quests location. Going to kill Salazar in act 1? There are two correlating bounties in DC. Going to SoT? There are tonns of Rovers’ bounties versus undead. Doing some quests from act 2? DC got a lot of Cronley gang related stuff. Blood Grove or Fort Haron time? Take some bounties from Kymon’s Chosen. You are basically not spending any extra time (well maybe just a tiny bit) during your way to level 85, but you are boosting your faction rep and your infamy among baddies at the same time without any additional effort.

Also if you are only working for the infamy (like I did even at level 85 for some faction) find the area that fit what you want and add Bounty to it that you won’t cash in.
I mean they add 1 (or more) heroes to an area that will always give you some infamy when you kill it and something like 100 when you cash it in (and you might not see it re-appear for couple of game session)

It is always rough, on your first toon.
Same as Faction Standing.
That’s why I’ll always encourage new players to hop right onto the Uber Flavor of the Day Build, for their first guy.
