I have set the production limit maximum to 20, and minimum to auto. I have more than 20 tools so my workers should never produce tools. yet when I look at what they are doing when I click on the building it says they are ‘producing tools’.
I think this is a display issue only since they ARE producing weapons instead of tools according to what they have been creating in the past year. so perhaps this could be updated to show “producing weapons” instead of “producing tools”.
I guess I will put this here and hope the DEVs read it. I stand behind my suggestion that the blacksmith should be available at the beginning. it can then be upgraded like the saw pit. but regardless of what you all choose to do it has issues
needs heavy tools to work but can only store 2 (1 of which is the one in use) extra heavy tool not showing up in R inventory.
workers unable to work because they don’t have tools (that is all they have been doing is making tools)
this applies to hunters and solders also
Unable to work icon because resource is not available as in, arrows, bows, iron coal. but when I open the inventory for the town I have lots of all of these.
there is a long list of micro management things I would like to see changed in this game some of which would make it easier to progress on more difficult levels so i hope other people are bringing them to your attention other wise this massage would be 2 pages long
all though please look att food storage algorithm for games on more difficult settings. I had one game where I was just starting out and went from 12 months of food to none and then back to 3 and then 0 all in one year
The food supply thing I noticed also i have 12 months just like you and next thing I notice that I have 0 months. Seem to notice it right before the 150 population mark. End game food supply is really messed up atm. Now have 6 full barns and larger crop areas then I’ve ever had before on a 1000 population city and still cant keep food or skins. Hopefully they will look into a solution soon.
