Blade spirits / wind devils vs guardians responsiveness / animation

the old pets always seem rather slow to respond. any build that utilizes blade spirits for damage can kill most enemies before these have even positioned themselves. as far as i can tell this seems to be mostly down to the delay defined in the respective controller which the newer guardians dont have anymore. on that note i think it would be nice if the regular attacks of blade spirits and wind devils had some sort of attack animation or effect (or something more noticeable if they already have).

their “attacks” is an aura dmg, (aside from blade spit and maelstrom ofc); how would you make aura dmg have an attack animation ? :thinking:

just a hit effect i reckon. think feral hunger. if thats possible with auras… or the 0 damage regular attack skill they have could be used (think thats there so they actually move up to enemies).
